Include the app name, your device and operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue concerns a trip, include the booking reference when you have it. Do not email passwords, one-time verification codes, full payment-card numbers, or government identification documents.
Ride Glide — passenger
Contact us for sign-in or verification problems, profile questions, booking or trip status issues, payment-flow questions, and live chauffeur-location display problems. For a booking-specific service issue, the transportation fleet shown in your booking may also need to assist.
Drive Glide — chauffeur
Contact us for sign-in, fleet membership, trip assignment, status updates, navigation, or active-trip location-reporting problems. Tell us whether location access is enabled for the app and whether the issue occurs before or during an active trip; do not send your live location by email.
Glide Fleet — fleet operator
Contact us for dashboard sign-in, fleet access, booking operations, or an in-app web page that will not load. Glide Fleet displays the fleet dashboard in a system WebView, so cookies, website storage, and cached files can affect sign-in and page behavior. Include the affected page address and whether the same issue occurs in a regular browser.
